Summer is coming! Who else is excited? Since I live in SoCal, I can’t wait to hit the beach and start a summer full of gorgeous hikes in the canyon. With the weather heating up my mind is racing with ideas for summer parties. Pool parties, backyard barbecues, and summer soirées, they all sound fun!
Every party deserves its own unique cocktail. I mean, is it even a PARTY without cocktails? What kind of host would I be if I didn’t get all of my friends a little boozy? Or a lot boozy, who’s really counting drinks? Just relaaaaax, take a sip and a dip and get your weekend on, you deserve it.
Lately, I’ve been obsessed with Rosé. I think it started back in Paris where my Dad and I would get a glass at every restaurant during our dummer trip and I feel in love. That Paris trip inspired this Rosé Sangria, and it is SO good. The perfect balance of sweet and fruity without being overly sweet like so many sangria’s can be. Yuck. I can’t stand overly sweet cocktails, they’re just too much to handle and they DEFINITELY cause hangovers. I’m convinced it’s the sugar that causes my hangovers and not the 6 cocktails that it takes to get there.
This Rose Sangria is just sweet enough to make an impact, but not too sweet that you can feel the hangover coming in the first sip. You can serve this drink dressed up for a evening cocktail reception with your classy friends, or for a fun backyard party with your main crew! It’s so versatile, it’s perfect for all of your guests.
Drink up!

It totally is refreshing. Red sangria is delicious but it can be so heavy for day time! This is a nice day time drink.
