A delicious, refreshing and light drink with fresh-squeezed lemons, crushed blueberries, honey syrup and a little maple syrup.
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup lemon juice
- 3/4-1 cup honey
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 4 1/2 cups water
Pour 1/2 cup hot water over honey and stir until honey is dissolved into water (like a honey simple syrup). Let cool
Muddle blueberries and add to honey water to let the flavors meld.
Pour lemon juice, 4 cups water, and maple syrup into pitcher. Once cooled, add honey water and blueberries to pitcher.
Add ice to pitcher (if desired). Place in fridge and chill for a least one hour. Then serve over!
