Blueberry Lemonade

A delicious, refreshing and light drink with fresh-squeezed lemons, crushed blueberries, honey syrup and a little maple syrup.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 3/4-1 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 4 1/2 cups water

Instructions

  • Pour 1/2 cup hot water over honey and stir until honey is dissolved into water (like a honey simple syrup). Let cool
  • Muddle blueberries and add to honey water to let the flavors meld. 
  • Pour lemon juice, 4 cups water, and maple syrup into pitcher. Once cooled, add honey water and blueberries to pitcher.
  • Add ice to pitcher (if desired). Place in fridge and chill for a least one hour. Then serve over!
