Pomegranate Blackberry Tequila Smash

This smash recipe is for one person, but double it up to make a nice batch for two! A light, delicious and flavorful recipe perfect for any holiday.

  • shaker tin


  • 6 mint leaves Optional- add more to garnish
  • 3 blackberries
  • 1/4 oz lime juice
  • 1 1/2 oz tequila
  • 3 oz pomegranate juice
  • 1/2 oz agave nectar
  • 1/2 oz ginger beer


  • In a shaker tin, muddle the blackberries and mint with lime juice until the blackberries break down. Once muddled, add remaining ingredients except ginger beer. Add a scoop of ice and close shaker tin and shake a few times (don't over shake).
  • Take off shaker tin lid and pour in ginger beer. Pour entire shaker tin in a glass and enjoy! Garnish with a mint leaf or lime.
